30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact me within 30 days of delivery. Send me a photo of the issue and I'll make it right — refund, replacement, or exchange. Your choice.

How to Request a Refund Email dragonsanvil@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue
  • What you'd prefer — refund, replacement, or exchange

I'll respond within 48 hours.

Conditions

  • Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, or altered are not eligible
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a replacement is sent and the original item is returned, you must ship it back at your own cost

Late or Missing Refunds Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. If you haven't received yours after that, check with your bank or card provider first, then contact me.
